About Me
My name is Pamela Mazzella DiBosco and I am the mother of seven children, all breastfed, including a set of twins. I am the grandmother to a perfect grandson. I have had various birth experiences of my own from hospital to home. I provide personal and professional support and assistance to families welcoming their babies. I am a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC, RLC) and a professional labor assistant.I enjoy supporting women through childbirth and breastfeeding as they begin their experience of mothering. How to Prepare for a Home Visit
Please help by scheduling appointments around a feeding time. Allow for flexibility in the baby’s feeding as well as those other babies who may be scheduled before your appointment. I do not have a set time that you must have a hungry baby. Instead I prefer to work my day around the needs of the baby with the ability to change if necessary. Babies do not wait for me, I reschedule as needed within our time slot to allow the baby to fed on cue. When I arrive I will have paperwork that needs to be completed first. You can choose to have the paperwork emailed to you and printed and ready before I arrive if you prefer. Your baby should be in something easy to remove or just in a diaper for weighing and feeding. Have a list of questions you want to make sure are answered to be sure you feel I covered all your concerns.
